Thank you Tom for your message.
The good thing is that this technique can be adapted to any type of star, you just need to set the right parameters at the start and of course confirm the candidates with a spectrum.

33 new Wolf Rayet stars
Our 2 SPOT team discovered 33 new Wolf Rayet-type stars by examining the GAIA data for potential candidates, then confirming them by producing a spectrum.

3 outburst of Be Star's
We have observed 3 outbursts of Be Star's since 20th november from our eShel spectrographe in full automatic mode from Chile (observation and spectra reduction).

Re: Nova LMC 1968
We were able to make 5 spectra of this nova, but it became too faint to have a spectrum.
The magnitudes given are those obtained from the AAVSO in V and CV bands

New symbiotic stars discovery
With our 2SPOT team, and especially Lionel (and the invaluable help of Jaroslav Merc), we have set up a method for finding new symbiotic stars, which follows on from what Lionel presented during the congress in Prague on June 7th, the presentation of which can be found here :

Re: SN 2024ggi a nearby type II supernova in NGC3621 (Dec -32 deg)
Hello Tom,
Thanks for this useful article !!!!
We cannot do this target at the moment from our 2SPOT setup in low resolution because we are tracking other urgent targets with our eShel spectrograph.
