I am not sure if this is news. The last spectrum in BeSS is from 2011/10/18 and shows no emission. R ~ 7500. ...

It's worth noting that astrometry.net is free and open source, and can be run locally on a UNIX machine. According to their documentation it is also reported to run on Cygwin.
