There was a recent ATel #15525 reporting a brightening of this very distant object up to a mag of R=13.4
I tried to take a spectrum of it using my LISA. It is pretty dim but I could certainly obtained a spectrum. It seems pretty flat but because of the high redshift it is difficult for me to ...

I have also taken a spectra of this star. It is also known as HD124791 and is catalogued as a B8II C on SIMBAD. It certainly seems to be a B star and it has some weak He lines. I can only identify H emission at Ha.

I have taken just 2 spectra of this as the weather hasn't been great. It has dimmed a lot and is now about mag 13. This means the S/N was low for the second spectrum. Taken with my LISA at R=1500

Hi All
I have no been able to take any spectra for ages due to persitent bad weather. It cleared somewhat last night and I was able to take 30 mins of AT2022bqp.
I don't have any earlier spectra to compare it too but it doesn't seem to have changed a lot compared to the posts on the thread.
