Reducing eShel spectra using ISIS

Greetings all,
I'm new to the forums and my college recently purchased an eShel for use on our 0.5m telescope. I've installed everything and all seems to be working nominally, but upon reducing my inaugural spectrum of Vega using ISIS, I noticed something I can't explain. Specifically, the spectrum of Vega shows an increase in intensity towards longer wavelengths. Note the spectrum shown in the picture is not corrected for instrumental response. I'm at a lose to explain this - I'm almost positive that I've reduced the spectrum correctly in ISIS. Can anyone provide me some insight into what's causing the increase in intensity?
Thanks,
James Clem
