Pgplot likes to be installed in the root directory ie C:\pgplot
I could not get it to work anywhere else.
Cheers

Hi Timo,

I cannot help with your problem, but as an alternative have you tried Tim Lester's plotspectra for plotting ?

Hi Timo,

You have to upload an old version of Gnuplot (V4.4.6 for exemple) but not the last version V5.

It's necessary to use a V4 version of Gnuplot to work well with ISIS

Thank you Robin!
Plotspectra seems good especially detection and marking of spectral lines (it would been the next question - how to name the spectral lines) :)

Merci Olivier!
Gnuplot V4.4.4 works well !

This is not fun. Yesterday Gnuplot worked ok, now it looks like work well, but result is only @.dat file, not .png.
