Hello from Toulouse

Hello,
Very happy to join the Aras group ! I am Daniel Dejean, leaving in a small village, near Toulouse, south of France, close to Fronton vineyard… good place to leave but it is not at all the clear sky of Arizona as described by Albert ! 69 years old, retired from the electronic industry, I love astronomy and after many years of “nice” pictures I finally decided to start a new life with spectroscopy. After a few months of experiments with the Alpy600, my setup is now (almost) stable with a SW Newton 200mm/F5 on EQ6 mount, and a CCD ATIK428EX for spectrum together with an ATIK314L for guiding.
Looking to what I see on this site I still have to learn a lot… but I will do my best to bring a modest contribution.
