AT2022jli in NGC157

Post by Robin Leadbeater »

A interesting bright (mag 14) possible supernova, low in the dawn sky for southern hemisphere observers. It is so low that it might might have been missed on the rise by the professional surveys and could be difficult for them to get a spectrum. An opportunity for a classification by 2SPOT perhaps?
