UVEX by Shelyak Instruments

Post by Olivier GARDE »

English version below

- A motorized version (grating orientation, internal focus).

As it stage, this commercial metal version is not complete and continues to evolve.

Amicalement,

Just what I was waiting to hear!....glad I didn't invest in the 3D printer or THORLAB components(other than for modifying the Atik414ex).

Only thing I would wish to change regarding the network, is the option to swap out the 300 l/mm grating that's optimized for UV blaze (400nm) or IR Blaze (1000nm)
and/or higher resolution gratings.

Now to start saving my pennies......

Very exciting news ! Especially the version that can be operated remotely.
I have a few questions regarding these products:
- Will there be an indi driver like for the spox ?
- Is there going to be a Hg/Ag specific lamp to calibrate it correctly in UV ?

I wish you continued success in the design of those products.
