An observation for the date October 30.805 (Alpy 600 on C11 - spectrometric reduction
with special slit):

Image

(it is a log view of course)

Spectrophotometric magnitude (JD 2456596.305):

B = 11.192
V = 11.200
R = 10.136

A pair of developments with past data (Lhires III 600):

Raising of He II 4686 emission line (interpolation of 11 spectra from 1 to 26 october):

Ionized iron emissions of multiplet 42 (Fe II 4924 and 5018) replaced by forbidden oxygen doublet [O III] 4959 and 5007 (interpolation of 14 spectra from 6 september to 28 october):

Spectrum taken with Takahashi FSQ85ED astropgraph and an Alpy spectrograph
(resultat more sharp compared to C11 because the star apparent disk is small
compared to 23 microns slit - concerning this point thank to small telescope!) :

Image

The nova field taken with FSQ85ED and Alpy guifding system (30 sec) for help
to locate:

Some nice work on Nova Del by a team from the University of Minnesota using a Star Analyser presented as a poster paper at the AAS meeting this week.
http://www.rspec-astro.com/download/AASNovaDel-2013.pdf

They also reference ARAS :-)

Thanks to Tom Field of RSpec for the head's up on this.

Cheers

English version below :

It's been two years since the Nova Dauphin appeared in the sky on Aug. 14, 2013 .
I made a small poster to show the first and last spectrum taken almost on the same date .
The first spectrum was made with an Eshel R = 11000, the target was at mag. 6.3 And last spectrum with a LISA R = 500 and the target was at mag. 13 .

A truly amazing poster of *your* nova, Olivier! ;)

I never thought that we would have observed it two years later...

Thanks for sharing!
