Possible nova Sgr 2012 (J17452791-2305213)

A spectrum of transient object J17452791-2305213 (position R.A. = 17 45 28.02, Decl.= -23 05 24.6 from vsnet-alert 14476) show an intense H_alpha broad emission with FWHM of 5600 km/s.
The object seem very reddened and look like a nova. The spectrum was obtained on Apr. 23.032 UT with a LISA spectrograph on a 0.28-telescope (resolution 0.7 nm, range 380-715 nm, from Castanet Observatory, France). Expsoure 7 x 300 s.

The object is bright (R mag near 9.5) and easy to observe with LISA or LHIRES (150-1200 l/mm) type spectrograph.
