A new version of PlotSpectra is available. This version fixes a few minor bugs and adds a tool for normalizing the continuum.
The continuum fitting is achieved by using a penalized regression spline with one simple control for the spline stiffness.
Prominent emission or absorption lines can be deselected to improve the continuum fit.
Multiple spectra can be normalized at the same time.
The normalization tool is accessed from the right click context menu of the main plot.
Uninstall the old version first. The new version can be downloaded using the following link:
