SN2017eaw is now V mag 16.3 according to this light curve
https://sites.google.com/view/sn2017eaw.
Here is an R~130 spectrum from last night using the ALPY200, (black) overlaid on a spectrum from GELATO of another IIP supernova at approximately the same age, SN2004et, which was interestingly in the same galaxy and was one of the first supernovae I ever measured, using a 100 l/mm grating (before the Star Analyser)

Cheers
Robin

I know this is late, but I'm giving a general spectroscopy talk as the SAS meeting in Ontario California and decided to make an animation of AT2017eaw spectral observation 17May17-19Sep17:

Visual Magnitudes were derived from David Bishop's "Recent Supernova" webpage seen here: http://www.rochesterastronomy.org/supernova.html
