Hello,
I'm a french professional astronomer currently working in Porto (Portugal). My research focus on the detection and characterisation of extrasolar planets. For that I use data from space photometric missions (CoRoT, Kepler, …) and ground-based spectrographs (SOPHIE, HARPS, HARPS-N).
Since I was an amateur before doing a PhD in Marseille, I want to promote professional & amateur collaborations in astrophysics. That the main reason why I registered here.
