Editing FITS header for BESS

Curious to know what people are using to edit their FITS headers for Be star submissions to BESS, noting that there are a couple of extra fields that need to be populated with information that are not present in the ISIS header editor.

Which fields are blank? (I think some values are generated by the BeSS system after the spectrum is submitted)
