Hi Paolo,
Yes, it is a shame that ISIS treats these missing values as zero. If they were left undefined, the RESPONSE and CONTINUUM functions in ISIS would probably work correctly and the instrument response could still be calculated.
Cheers

Okay Robin, the spreadsheet now doesn't plot zero values (workaround):

Small range plot:

Pressing the button Interp "Show" you can see how the interpolated profile (red) fills the missing data (as I said, it is a simple linear interpolation between the adjacent non-zero data).
For our purposes (response curve calculation) we could use the interpolated profiles always created by the spreadsheet with the Export button. You'd just have to copy the xxxxx_interp.dat file(s) from EXPORT folder to the working directory.

This screenshot shows the frame for credits. Hyperlinks allow to retrieve related papers:

The links for downloading are the same, I report here again (please replaced your previous installations):
Elodie_spec (full version with DAT spectral library, 300 Mb)
http://quasar.teoth.it/html/Elodie/ELODIE31_spec.zip
Elodie_basic (basic version without spectra, 2 Mb)
http://quasar.teoth.it/html/Elodie/ELODIE31_basic.zip
Those who had already installed the full version, may conveniently download only the spreadsheets (32 and 64 bit) and replace the old xlsm versions (the DAT library remains unchanged), Elodie_spec_xlsm (3 Mb):

Hi Robin, sorry I missed the Excel97-2003 version...
You can find it here (2 Mb, only the spreadsheets):
http://quasar.teoth.it/html/Elodie/ELOD ... 7_2003.zip
The compress archive contains two files:
- ELODIE31_SEARCH_basic_excel97-2003.xls (stand alone spreadsheet, no spectra)
- ELODIE31_SEARCH_excel97-2003.xls (complete but requires the full version, put this file togheter the other spreadsheets).
I tested them in Excel 2003 but they should be ok down to Excel 97. I saw that the functionality of old Excel versions are not exactly the same. There could be some differences in behaviour concerning graphic, size of controls and other. I hope it work for you. For any problem feel free to contact me via email.

Hi Paolo,
I will check these out but it is ok, I have now upgraded to Office 2013 (There are some good deals now the latest 2016/365 versions of Office are out.) That should keep me going for at least 10 more years
