Hello Albert,
By picture looks ok, however the '3 x 1800 s' is typically '3 x 180 s' with my 12" scope. Was it mistyped?

Your spectrum look good (I can't check the wavelengh calibration on the graph) except the continuum who should be at one.
And the same question as Peter: if you need to do 3 exposures of 1800s to get this spectrum whose magnitude is about 4.9, there is a problem in your set up.
With an eshel spectrograph I need only about 10 exposures of 120s to get a SNR about 100.
