I don't think my SNR allowed to prove weak features in outburst, other than a weak H-alpha rising out of noise.

Thank you Jacques, Peter! May be that it was too early for the development of nebula. Your spectra are taken at beginning of 01 nov and 31 oct. As reported in the paper, the first evidence of it was detected in a spectrum taken on 2 oct 2014. As for the mid-res spectrum, I tried to stretch in logarithmic view and 2x resize my two-dimensional low-res spectrum of 30.808 oct. There are no large extension like the one shown in the 1.797 nov spectrum.

To see if it were an instrumental/observing problem, I checked all previous observed dwarf novae 2d spectra and it seems to me that it never occurred that features were extended more than the stellar continuum. For example the ASASSN-14jv spectrum:
