Tonight spectrum
Luminosity decreased of 0.9 mag in 10 days ; current = 10.75

[OI} very intense. Low density and low excitation.
Very peculiar behaviour for a nova.

Hi all, 21.930 june nova spectrum of h-alpha region with Lhires III 1200, R~6000 (a setup for a Be stars observing session). The range includes [O I] 6364A, H-Alpha, He I 6678A and probable [S II] doublet 6716, 6730A.

That's great Paolo,
The two absorptions in the blue edge of H alpha line are clearly seen ; the complex structure of the flat top of [OI] also

June 23rd spectrum.
Seeing was very good and slit efficiency was relatively constant so I decided to calibrate to flux.
I am using HD190603 and its Miles spectrum M(V) 5.66 for the calibration.

Nova Cyg is brightening again.
Here is my June 27 spectrum compared to my last June 23 result. Both in absolute flux.
