Un grand merci à François Teyssier et Steve Shore pour cet éclairage très instructif sur le mécanisme Nova Rs Oph
Pendant le "RS Oph meeting" j'ai effectué quelques acquisitions de cette Nova toujours dans la partie proche UV avec UVEX(4) G1200.

Le continuum est devenu faible mais les pics d'émission bien présents.

About you and Steve's speeches I have understood the role that the echelle spectrographs play, it seems that is important. So it seems that we need some more of them, although low resolution ones are really a good support. Am I wrong ?

That is RS Oph last night.

Piera was cloudy these last few days, so I have observed with the remote SMM equipement, with a mediocre Thorlabs echelle grating and a ATIK460EX. That are the outcomes, you can see the RS Oph ones.

A nice time series at R 5000 of h alpha has been taken by the Indonesians at Bandung Institute of technology.

I will contact to them to see if they have uploaded to Aras . Their geographical and timezone position could be a good addition to the capability of aras to respond with hi cadence.
