Based on Juan Guarro latest observation (from Spectro-L), HD 176630 is now in outburst.

A double emission over an absorption line was visible in 2007 but not in 2001, 2009 and 2010. It seems worthwhile to monitor this star more frequently than one spectrum per year!

Bravo Robin.

What is interesting, is that this star was already avtive ten years ago. Can be a binary? In a general way it would be very effective to look for binary among the inactive Be stars, because the measure of radial velocity in H alpha is then strictly photospherical.
Nice spectra Robin, fist Be spectra i saw from you !
