PlotSpectra 1.3.2 now available

Hi all,

Some small bug fixes.
New version here: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AvXqhKI5kEGRjEhdaQ6jaj8AHx_L

François,
I was too quick with my last changes to the measurement routine.
Searching outwards from the half max points can produce the wrong behavior if the line is double peaked.
The routine is back to the way it was in version 1.3.0 but I have set the minimum for the fwzi % control to 2%.

Thank you, Tim
That's great!

I just see that the important value 'Integrated flux' is missing in the stats report.

Another suggestion: adding a 'Normalize to active series' in the 'Velocity plot' when comparing lines in the same spectrum

Thanks again,

François

Thanks for finding that François. I'll add the integrated flux to the list.

Regarding the multi region velocity plot. If I understand correctly you are wanting to bring the continuum into alignment for the different spectral regions.
Currently this can be done by using the "normalize continuum" function on the main plot. The multi region plot will change accordingly.
As it stands this normalization is a one way process - you cant go back. I plan on changing this so that a new normalized series is generated instead (and labeled accordingly).
This way you can go back to the original at any time.
