Hello,
To late hour I have vSpec version 4.3.2 on a virgin Windows 10, 64 bit
Computer installed. I have in Explorer the properties for the program start up
"Always start as administrator" and select the path: "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Visual Spec"
In the System Settings -> System Properties -> Environment Variables.
Even if I vSpec from the Explorer (in the path / window: "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Visual Spec")
Left-click or right-click (as administrator), vSpec does not find the "VB6FR.dll".
This dll is in the Path of vspec.exe located.
I do not know how to run vSpec.
Can you help me?

Thank you, Rainer

VSpec Version 4.2.6 seems to run well under "as administrator" on Win 10 latest upgrade....
I'll upload the latest version, and see if I can replicate your problem.......

Rainer,
I've just downloaded and installed the latest 4.3.2 version - on top of the older 4.2.6 version. It runs well for me, no error messages......
Have you tried rebooting your machine?

Hello
for me this workaround runs perfectly on a windows 10 machine.
Install 3.88 as administrator.
Copy the 4.3.2..Exe in the program folder of vspec
Start 4.3.2. as administrator--- success

Great stuff, Thank you Valerie

Bye
