Paul Luckas obtained 3 spectra of this nova
discovered at mag 14 on Oct. 14

The HWHM of H alpha is 3490 km/s and 1/2 FWZI at 10% = 2600 km/s
Thus, fast nova
Declination is -31°, so not impossible for northern observers
