here is the raw spectrum for a typical image of the Ar Ne lamp. 20 seconds binned x2 taken at an ambient temperature of 6.5C. I applied a dark and bias and extracted the raw spectrum in ISIS.
Its in .DAT format. Does that work? I can convert to .fit if you prefer

The file needed is the 2 DIMENSIONS RAW spectrum, just what your camera gave, without any processing. It may weight 2 or 3 Mo.
Of course it is a FITS file that your camera produced.
