instrument and observatory selection in BeSS module

Hello,

I have 2 questions regarding BeSS module:

I have installed Audela + SPCAudace on another PC and it works fine. Only in the BeSS module I have to fill in my instrument and ‘observation place’ every time. On the old PC, this came as the only selection in the selection box. If I remember correctly, I could set this or enter it in a file. Unfortunately, I don't remember this and can't immediately find out how to do it.

2nd question:
Is it possible that for the new BeSS file ‘save to’ instead of .....--profil-final... the date and time format as with the png file?
