Hello,

I present to you the Linx, a revised low-resolution spectrograph.

The goal is to achieve a complementary tool for the NOU_T scale, since with it
it would be possible to observe objects around the 14th visual magnitude.

I hope that you like it.

Among other jobs, I'm working with this low-resolution spectrograph. My intention is to finish it by mid-November,
and make the first test then.

You can see in these pictures the current build state of the two LINX, their mechanical parts are quite finished, meanwhile
Toni is making their electronic cards and software. Remember that the remote observer needs to act over the objective camera
focus, the Wratten 23A filter ON/Off, and over the 600 l/mm grating orientation.

This is one of the two LINX mechanics parts finished with an ATIK314L+ camera for guiding. Meanwhile,
the second one is located in the anodizing workshop.

The next step is mounting their electronic card and optical components, and, of course, a camera for taking spectra.

The aim is to finish it before Christmas.

Step by step, the LINX low-resolution spectrographis almost finished.

You can see here the LINX with its scientific camera, an ASI2600MM, and its first RELCO light test.

Toni is focusing his attention of finishing LINX's electronics now.

You can see a first, and very tentative, test of the resolution capabilities of the LINX; further testing will be done when the electric focus and the grating position are working.
