Sky pollution and fiber spectrograph

I have taken high resolution spectra with eShel spectrograph. The sky background is not substracted
(not easy with nono-fiber spectrograph design like eShel) and the consequence...
The full spectrum:
and now a detail of green-yellow region:
We can see the very narrow Earth auroral line (because intense solar activity !) - with spectrograph,
aurora can be see at low latitude!) and also some
city lights pollution line. These lines are not from the nova (do not mistake)
