Spectrum Orientation

First, thanks to Christian and Robin for their answers to my other posts. I did successfully obtain spectra. I think they were a bit out of focus, but still of use for my training. My questions.
1. Will the almost 2 degree tilt prevent successful and full reduction of the profile? (That is, calibrating and instrument response reduction.) For example, do I assume that the entire (tilted) spectrum needs to be within the blue zone, or does the tilt function take care of this and I can use a "blue zone" that cuts across the tilted spectral image? Or do I simply need to readjust the APLY so that I get a more horizontal spectrum? (I will be doing this in any case, but would like to process these images if possible.)
2. I am a bit confused about the Argon-Neon calibration image. In the "Assistant- Spectral calibration"" I assume that the "x" and "y" coordinates refer to the spectral image and not the calibration image. Correct?
3. Any link to what the lines of the calibration lamp are? And is it important to know them?
Many thanks for the help!
