PNV J17292916+0054043 in Ophiuchus

This is another dwarf nova, as confirmed by the spectroscopic and photometric observations reported in tocp follow up (there is an excellent spectrum taken by a Japanese observatory on 24.106 TU).

Anyway I observe it yesterday at 24.9 TU with Lhires III 150 and C9.25 (due to bad weather I was not able to observe on the first night after discovery):

Spectrograph slit view during target centering:

The spectrum shows the blue continuum and narrow h-alpha emission line.
