Here a sample of Deneb (alpha Cyg) spectra (Halpha region) for the period July-September (BRICE nanosats mission call for observations).
VHIRES-MO spectrograph (radial veolocity of Earth is corrected and H2O telluric lines are removed for a better visibility of the profile change.
The star is always active!

Re: High resolution spectra of Deneb (BRICE context support)
Hi Christian,
I am seeing the same sort of variation. Here are a few of mine.
The earlier quasi periodic variations in RV have changed and it now looks chaotic.
Note the small ~1km/s step in RV (seen in the Vega check star measurements) due to remounting of the calibration lamp.
I hope the experts can make some sense out of it !
