Une petite digression, vue que j'ai l'occasion de tester un Sony Alpha 7s, tout nouveau avec ces gros pixels. Bien sur j'ai fait un tout petit peu de spectro (http://www.astrosurf.com/buil/sony7s/eval.html).

The Sony Alpha 7s a is a very new digital camera. It's particularity is large pixels. The camera is adapted to faint flux... and astronomy ? Here a quick review: http://www.astrosurf.com/buil/sony7s/eval.html

Note the test with a SA100 and the problem induced by CFA structure (typical for DSLR). gamma Cas example:

(up RAW image, mid extracted 3-colors images (IRIS), down the JPEG given by the firmware (...).

Here a spectrum of M45 (Sony Alpha 7s on a FSQ-106ED refractor, SA 100 + prism, 3 x 30 sec. exposure):

Hello Christian,

you show impressive results with the Sony Alpha 7. For the treatment you used IRIS. Is it also possible to do the acquisition of the images with IRIS or you use the Sony software for that?
