I've reproduced similar (with RMS=17 as just given 5944.83A = 687 (pixels). There are 2 cases: 1) with cosmic ray enabled, I get this: _V250.png Result is very similar to what we seen above. Hubert, I've downloaded, tried to reproduce but missing hotpixel list prevented me in a usable recreate (hotpixels appearing as spikes). Slant angles vary between 1.5 - 1.8 depending where/how do I chose them but I don't expect it caused such trouble. I suggest playing with 'Binning zone adjustment'...
