Re: SimSpec and LISA configuration
Pete, I don't exactly know what the total angle is for the LISA, or the spacing from the grating to imaging lens. Based on the LISA Prototype info: 33.7 deg and 35.6mm. Collimator 130mm Imaging 88mm 300 l/mm grating (assumed to be 30x30mm) The choice of camera and slit gap (15/19/23/35, 4mm height) ...

Re: Nouveau spectrographe auto-construit
Ulisse,
You have designed and built an very nice instrument!
I'm sure the results will reward your efforts.

Re: Nouveau spectrographe auto-construit
Ulisse,
A very impressive construction! Looks like CNC machined blocks
Look forward to seeing your results.
Do you intend to fir a reference lamp?
Well done!

Re: réalisation spectroscope
Sabastien,
Which collimator, slit gap, grating, imaging lens and camera (pixel size) did you use?
The SimSpec results are usually pretty accurate

Re: réalisation spectroscope
Sebastien,
The multiple reflective slit plates used in the Spectra-L200 ( and the current 3D printed LowSpec) are available from Jeulin at a reasonable price.

Re: réalisation spectroscope
Sebastien,
The original design was without an entrance slit. I'm sure it will work well.
The resolution will be limited by the size of the star image at the telescope focus. SimSpec for a 3 arcsec seeing on your scope gives a FWHM size of 11 micron and an estimated R= 3100
