ASASSN-20ni Nova in the SMC

Post by Terry Bohlsen »

Hi All
I have taken a spectra of this new nova in the SMC. It is relatively bright for an extra-galactic nova at V= 11.62.
Cheers

I have now taken 4 spectra of this nova. It has been cloudy and I've been on holidays so there was a bit of a gap. It is now quite dim with a mag V=14.25
The spectra are flux calibrated soshow up well on the one graph.
