Update of the lightcurve (AAVSO V and ARAS Spectra)
Still at maximum with a trend of brightening.

Une nouvelle contribution de ma part à l'observation de cette nova.

Hi all, yesterday observation... Near IR field, Lhires III with 600 l/mm grating. Wratten 25 filter to avoid 2nd order contamination.
O I 7773 region
O I 8446 - Ca II IR triplet region (sorry, only one 300 sec frame because of clouds)

Excellent spectra of the near IR range, Palo and Umberto. Very appreciated.
Update of the lightcurve and ARAS monitoring:
Bonne continuation

Hello,
NOVA Per 2020 is following his evolution. I show here the last night graphic and a comparison with P.Berardi results in the infrared.
Regards, J. Guarro.

La nova Per 2020 semble émaner de l'étoile V1112 Per.
Savez vous à quelle magnitude est d'ordinaire cette étoile ?

This plot shows how the spectrum of Nova Per 2020 (V1112 Per) has changed since the first spectrum was recorded 9 days ago. The continuum flux level has risen then fallen as the magnitude changed while the flux of the H-alpha emission line is now rising steadily.
What will it do next?

Hello all,
Here is our update for the Nova Per 2020 with the following spectrum obtained last night the 6th of December at 00 h 16 TU with an Alpy 600 (resolution of 511, JJ = 2459189.5111) and an acquisition time of 30 min :
We also note a very significant evolution of the spectrum in 8 days. The FeII lines are very clearly visible in our last spectrum and the relative intensity of the Halpha line has increased dramatically !
Clear skies,
Marion THOMAS et Christophe BOUSSIN
