I've made a length post in the ISIS section of Spectroscopes and Software asking about temperature sensitivity of the UVEX. Mine is a Shelyak unit - a beautiful instrument and very well made. However, calibration is clearly sensitive to temperature changes.
I'm keen to learn whether other users have had the same experience. I don't have the ability to fit fans to my unit to get the temperature of the UVEX down quickly - perhaps a dew heater to keep the temperature more stable?
I'm open to suggestions
Pete
