Hi,
Does anyone have details of the actual optical arrangement of the FLOYDS spectrographs installed at two of the LCOS 1m telescopes?
The only information I have been able to find has said that they are all reflecting (except for the prism cross dispersion) and white pupil, and a couple of example images, but I was not able to find any paper publishing the actual optical arrangement.
I'm guessing that it probably uses two off axis paraboloids with the first one working in double pass, similar to the Kiwispec echelle design.
Cheers,
Hamish
