Io satellite sodium cloud...

Hi all,
Last night, I have just observed for the first time Io sodium cloud out of disk satellite image with C11 + LISA.
(here my first obsevation with eShel: http://astrosurf.com/buil/io_sodium/obs.htm)
It's a surprise for me. The sodium in the plane satellites is detected with a 300 seconds exposure only!
The observation reveal an extended cloud and also an IRREGULAR cloud structure.
The existance of the cloud, related to volcanic activity of Io, is not new (but the discovery is recent),
see for example: http://sirius.bu.edu/aeronomy/dual.pdf.
The facilty of the detection and facilities for future study is impressive and exiting.
I observe under an intense High Pressure Sodium lamp urban pollution, but exactly
at the yellow sodium pollution, the HPS dot not emit light!!! (the line core is absorbed
by the gaz lamp). See the attached document before sky removal.
Now the MOST important aspect of my observation...
I detect with not doub a very faint emission doublet at 6717 A and 6731 A. The position
is very similar to [S II] (forbidden ionized sulfur doublet) at 6719-6730 A laboratory position. The osbervation
of sulfur element is probable and a perhaps the first detection ? Possible scientific discover !?
The [S II] cloud seem shifted perpandiculary to the orbital plane relative to Na cloud and visible
far of the satellite position.
The observation is not very very hard. MORE observations are needed with high quality sky
and long exposure 5-10 x 300 to 600 seconds exposure and many position
along Io orbit. I re-observe this night. TRY ALSO!
Look the reduced attached document. You can display the original here:

Détection du nuage de sodium autour de Io lié à l'activité du satellite plus aisée que
prévue avec un spectrographe LISA. On voit une structure très intéressente
à étudier dans le temps. Mais la vrai grosse surprise est la détection hautement probable du doublet
rouge du soufre ionisé (raie interdite). Plus d'observations sont necessaires. Une
possible découverte scientifique à la clef '?) et je vous propose d'y contribuer !
