The Gaia mission data release 3 announcement says they expect to release in second quarter of 2022.

Of potential interest is that apparrently spectra are to be released. For those not familiar with the instrument, they are not broadband spectra but low resolution in particular bands, partly for the purposes of measuring radial velocity for the 3rd component of the astrometry which is Gaia mission's primary purpose.

from the press release it will include:
BP/RP spectra for at least 100 million sources with G < 17.6 mag (EAS Presentation F. De Angeli)
RVS spectra for about 1 million well-behaved objects (EAS presentation P. Sartoretti)
and also of about 50,000 solar system objects.
