C14 and Lisa, what's the best f/d ?

When using a C14 with a LISA, in theory, we should be as close as possible to f /d 5.

We have the choice to use a 6.3 focal reducer or the 3.3 reducer

The C14 is primary at f /d 11:

- With 6.3 reducer, we have an f /d of 6.93 (a difference of 1.93 with f/d5)
- With 3.3 reducer, we have an f /d of 3.63 (a difference of 1.37 with f/d5)

So in fact, it is better to use the 3.3 focal reducer, firstly because it is closer to f /d theoretical, secondly bebause we have more light output.

Lorsque l'on utilise un C14 avec un LISA, en théorie, il faudrait se rapprocher le plus possible de f/d 5.

On a donc le choix d'utliser soit le réducteur 6,3, soit le reducteur 3,3

Le C14 à un rapport f/d de 11 donc :
- Avec le 6,3, on a un f/d de 6,93 (soir un écart de 1,93)
- Avec le 3,3, on a un f/d de 3,63 (soit un écart de 1,37)

Donc à priorie, il est plus intéressant d'utiliser le réducteur 3,3, d'une part parceque l'on est plus proche du f/d théorique, d'autre part on aura plus de flux lumineux.
