dual echelle/long slit high/low resolution spectrograph

Does anyone know this spectrograph? It is both high (echelle) and low (long slit) resolution and would match well to a 0.4m telescope with 3 arcsec seeing but it is f20 so needs a large sensor

At F20 with my seeing I doubt I could get much light into it!

Yes I thought that at first but it uses a 120um slit so equivalent to say a 35um slit at f6 so not unreasonable. Presumably there is some reduction in f ratio through the optics, though it still needs a large sensor. (They suggest the KAF 8300 but I think that has a rather poor QE. The low cost large CMOS sensors around now might be better perhaps?)
