First light - TSOIII - Sirius

Post by Ken Harrison »

After relocating back to Oz, I've managed to get the Tin Shed Observatory (TSOIII) and the Spectra-L200/600 l/mm up and running.
This first spectrum was in the UV region of Sirius, using the ol' Genesis (100/500). No instrument corrections made at this stage...

Hi Ken, nice result.
What CCD does you use ?
A spectrum with normalized continuum should be interersting.

Francois,
Yes, I'll do some processing on it.
I Use the Lodestar for guiding and the ATiK314L+ for imaging.
