SN 2013aa

Another new SN in the south found by the BOSS team here in Australia and NZ.
This one is the brightest yet at V = 11.8 when I took a spectra.

I'm surprised there's be no comments by other members of the forum....
It's certainly not every day a bright SN like this is found and amateur spectra obtained so quickly.....

With this SN being so bright (and still on the rise?) it should be possible to track its evolution spectroscopically for some time. Looking forward to more spectra

I now have taken 4 nights of spectra of this SN over a 4 week period. The weather was very poor for the first 3 weeks so there is a big gap in the data.
