Hello
I just finish a new version of my web page about spectrum of planet nebulae. Most of spectrum was acquire in a city sky close to Paris.
Some spectrum was taken with a LISA. But the main goal was to evaluate the efficiency of the EShell spectrograph on such target.
Some line are really strange for me. For example, In ngc2022, Ne line at 4712A and NiI TiI line... Light pollution or nebulae ?
Comments are welcome.

Re: Spectrum of planetary nebulae
Thierry,
great job!
For 4712A line in ngc2022, it seems double with the same "spedd" as Halpha or [OIII] lines so I guess it's nebular. I would suspect [Ar IV] 4711.34, as described in nebular line list in François Teyssier excellent document (appendix, p38):
http://www.astronomie-amateur.fr/Docume ... ion_En.pdf
Can you check at 4740.2 is a double line is also present?
Cordialement,
Olivier Thizy

Re: Spectrum of planetary nebulae
Excellent sequence Thierry!
NGC 2022 double lined, perhaps (to be checked). I have a spectrum
of this object, but taken with intermediate resolution only (LISA), see my collection:

Re: Spectrum of planetary nebulae
Hello
Thanks Olivier et Christian. I have lot of fun with these objects despite my very light polluted sky.
Yesturday, I took a new spectrum: NGC2242. This nebulae is the fainter i ever did. It's difficult to see on guiding even with a 60s exposure and bin2x.
Exposure only 2x20min due to a software bug, but on spectrum, i see clearly the OIII line double ! I just updated my page with this nebulae spectrum.

Re: Spectrum of planetary nebulae
