Hello again,

The purpose is to get rid of the solar lines in the Titan spectrum.
So i normalised Titan and solar spectra then divided Titan by solar spectrum with ISIS : Tools -> Spectra processing 1 -> Profiles arithmetic.

Here is the result :

As this is my first try, is it the right way to do that ?
