I'm trying EE Cep too. My spectra are not as good, they are noisier (at the moment I cannot achieve long exposure times for this star because I am only able to shoot at it it very late, near to dusk), but there is a coincidence in shape and H-alpha emission.
I have been following the changes in the spectrum of EE Cep as it passed into eclipse. During July its magnitude fell slowly from V=10.82 to 10.85 and there was little change in the spectrum. During August the changes have been more rapid. Its magnitude dropped from V=10.96 on August 6 to 11.47 on August 23 and the flux level reduced across the spectrum. On August 25 the magnitude was V=11.50 and the flux was only slightly lower at the red end. Equipment used was C11 + LISA + SXVR-H694.
