ISIS Obs time different

Post by Andrew Smith »

Hi Christian,

I have found a difference in the time of observation in the FITS Image header and the FITS profile header - see attached. It maybe I have some settings incorrect but I can't see where.

Hi Andrew,

did you put an hour shift by mistake in the ISIS general Tab, - Output? In my spectra I always use UT, this is handled correctly by recording spectra in Audela and analyzing in ISIS. It is also possible that Windows mixes up UT and daylight saving time.

Regards, Martin
