I see the box to select emission lines on the calibration page (shown in yellow in the screen shot) has disappeared from the latest version of ISIS. Is this no longer required?

Hi Robin,
From the "Configuration" tab select for the spectrograph model : Star Analyser or Alpy without calibration lamp,
and you recover the option.
