A nice result!
Here are my two spectra taken 20160529 and 20160606 (black), compared with the best fit spectra from the GELATO supernova identifcation program (blue)

The resolution is lower than yours at R~150 as my modified ALPY is designed mainly for much fainter supernovae.

To measure the velocity of the ejected material in 1a supernovae, I think the usual method is to measure the wavelength of the 6360A Si II absorption line minimum. After correcting for the redshift of the galaxy (z=0.0045) I get a velocity of ~15500km/s for the first spectrum, slowing to ~14000km/s for the second spectrum 8 days later.
