Bonjour,
voici des spectres de deux nébuleuses planétaires assez brillantes, spécialement NGC 6572 où j'ai saturé les raies les plus intenses pour faire visibles de nombreuses raies plus faibles comme les de l'[Ar IV] à 4700 A.
Salut!

Re: NGC 6572 et IC 4997
Very nice spectra, congratulations Fran!
Planetary nebulae observations allow interesting analysis. See for example the François page about NGC 2392:
http://www.astronomie-amateur.fr/feuill ... C2392.html
or the Benji topic:
http://www.spectro-aras.com/forum/viewt ... 406&p=6383
Of course, no saturated lines involved in calculations are required.
Paolo

Re: NGC 6572 et IC 4997
Thank you, Paolo. Observing planetary nebulae is really exciting. I will try to calculate some physical parametres with all these information.
Meanwhile, I have identified almost all the lines of the spectrum of IC 4997, although there are two lines at 4000-4100 A that I failed to identify. Also I see some errors in the position of some bands: for example, the [O III] bands have an error of 2 A. Maybe a calibration error? I have utilised 10 lines of calibration (RELCO lamp).
Greetings
Fran
